Prior to participating in athletics at Justin-Siena High School, student-athletes must provide the Athletic Department with a current address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alerts, health history information, and a physical. To facilitate this process Justin-Siena uses an online data entry system called SportsWare Online. Read below for information specific to new (incoming freshman and transfer students) and returning student athletes.

Physicals and Medical Clearances
Please be advised that physicals are valid for one (1) year. No student is allowed to try out or participate in the pre-season of any sport without having a valid physical on record. Please check with the Athletic Trainer if you are unsure of when your physical expires. It is the student-athlete’s responsibility to make sure their physical is valid.Read More -
