Strategic Plan

Justin-Siena Strategic Plan 2019 - 2024

At the close of the 2023-24 school year, Justin-Siena High School completed its most recent five-year strategic plan. The collective input from the Justin-Siena community played a crucial role in shaping the priorities and driving the positive transformations over the past five years.

Building on that progress, last spring we began laying the groundwork for a new strategic plan which will guide our school from 2025 through 2030. This plan will incorporate insights from our WCEA/WASC accreditation process and explore fresh strategic opportunities.
