The process began with a robust and inclusive outreach effort, inviting every member of the Justin-Siena community—students, faculty, staff, families, alumni, friends, and partners—to share their perspectives. A critical component of this initial phase was an an anonymous comprehensive survey administered by independent strategic planning consultant Enright & Associates, meticulously crafted to gather broad feedback on key areas essential to Justin-Siena's continued success.
