Program Philosophy
Boys Golf:
The philosophy of the boys golf program is to teach players how to enjoy the game of golf as a lifelong sport. In addition, sports help to relieve stress, develop self confidence, and cultivate life-long friendships while pushing our mental and physical boundaries beyond what we imagined possible.
Girls Golf:
Through our program, and through the game itself, we hope to instill (or continue) a love for the sport. While all equally important, these will be our areas of focus:
Skills: We will focus on skill development and consistent practice. We will work together to help everyone maximize their potential. We will work hard each and every day, while understanding we will always have something to work on.
Community: We will push each other, and help where we can. We will respect the course, and each other. We will give it our best every day. We will look out for each other, support each other, and try and lift each other up when needed.
Love of the game: Golf is hard. It takes practice, humility, and patience. It can drive you crazy. But there isn't a greater sport than this one.

Meet the Coach
Coach Ray Graziani returns for his 16th year heading the boys program. Under his guidance Coach Graziani has headed several team and individual league and section title contenders including four straight with the girls from '12-15. For the past 25 years he has been a member of the PGA and works as "The Swing Doctor" and golf pro at Chardonnay Golf Course in American Canyon (www.swingdoctor.net).

GIRLS GOLF
We are excited to announce the hiring of current Justin-Siena Physics Teacher Matt Kelly as the Girls Golf Head Coach. Matt is currently in his 2nd year as a Justin-Siena Teacher, with a focus in Physics.
Coach Kelly played for the golf team in high school and has remained active in the game ever since, including taking lessons and working with our Boys Golf Coach, Ray Graziani.
Matt graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts and got a Masters from Touro University. His daughter June currently attends Justin-Siena and plays Tennis and Lacrosse at the school.
