Dining Hall Procedures
We are excited to welcome Chef Juan and his team from Vineyard Catering to our campus Dining Hall! They are looking forward to making their home amongst new friends in the Justin-Siena community.
Here is what you can expect:

Daily hot breakfast ($4.50) and hot lunch ($6.50) entree.

Daily pre-made soups, salads, sandwiches and agua fresca available throughout the day

Monthly guest pastry chef to assist with standard dessert fare. Additionally, they will prepare their own offerings. This month the pastry chef will be preparing carrot cake, tres leches cake, and cream caramel.

Candy will only be available during lunch and PM breaks.

The Dining Hall point-of-sale system offers a pre-paid debit system where funds deposited into student accounts can be debited at the time of food purchase.
